Everything You Need to Know…

We provide two payment options ie Mpesa and Bank transfer. The payment details will be shared upon booking.  You can make a full payment immediately upon booking or pay a deposit of 30% of the total trip payment and the rest can be covered in installments that you are comfortable with for up to 2 weeks to the departure date prior if it’s a local trip or 4 weeks to the departure date  prior if its an international trip.

The tour package includes local flights and transportation as specified in the itinerary. While international flights to the destination are not included—since our guests join us from various parts of the world—we’re happy to recommend the most affordable options to help you plan your journey.

Owing to the nature of planning the trip,refunds depend on how close the cancellation is to the departure date.,If you cancel the trip you can transfer the trip to another person who might be interested or discuss the possibility of joining our other upcoming trips.  In most cases, cancellations made earlier before the 30 days  any amount paid above the deposit may qualify for a partial refund, last minute cancellations are non refundable.

Absolutely! If you’re booking alone and haven’t specified a roommate, we’ll match you with another traveler of the same gender. If you’d prefer your own space, private room upgrades are available at an extra cost.

Yes! We offer end-to-end visa support, We guide you on what documents are required, review your application, and assist with appointments to make the process stress-free but at an extra cost.
